Well, the whole process
of the investigation and prosecution, by the Special Prosecutor Patrick
Fitzgerald, seemed to be a fishing trip to bag a big one and make a big
step in his career. Mr. Fitzgerald knew within the first couple of
weeks that there was no crime to his investigation. But, Mr. Fitzgerald
did not mind spending millions of taxpayer’s dollars to try to come up
with a prize like Karl Rove or Vice President Cheney.
As it turns
out, the leak of the overt CIA Agent Valerie Plame, Richard Armitage in
the State Department mentioned that Ms. Plame was working for the CIA.
Mr. Fitzgerald reportedly knew this by the second or third week of the
investigation. Why he did not stop there does not make sense to me; and
why the left did not push that the investigation was ended when the fact
that the leaker was found, outside of partisan politics. And a true
hatred of the present administration.
Mr. Libby,
or any other individual working for the President’s administration,
committed no criminal act. Everyday beyond the revelation of Mr.
Armitage was not just a waste of taxpayer monies, but an abuse of power
by a political hack.
Besides,
Ms. Plame was said to be very open about where she worked. It has been
reported by many sources that most of her neighbors new she worked for
the CIA. In fact if I am not mistaken, her husband had mentioned it in
a piece in either the New Yorker or Vanity Fair.
So seeing
that no crime was committed, where exactly is the problem? The only
rhetoric I hear from the talking heads is of a political nature. None
of the pundits that I have heard are saying that this is anything other
than a political move. Well, we have a government full of partisans.
Should we criticize their every move based on the politics of their
choice? Maybe we already do this too much.
Speaker of
the House Nancy Pelosi would not take, the greatly esteemed, Rep.
William Jefferson (D-LA) out of committees that needed security
clearances; even after he was indicted for taking bribes. Where was Mr.
Olberman’s ten minute rant about that?
Here are
just a few of my favorite President Clinton pardons. These are straight

Aren’t we in the middle
of a war on drugs? Haven’t we spent millions if not hundreds of
millions of dollars to fight the smuggling of drugs? So, when the left
defended these pardons, what were they thinking?
This next group of pardons are of
charges that are very similar to what Mr. Libby has just been convicted
of. I don’t know exactly any of the below were in their appeal process
when they were pardoned, but Mr. Libby has just begun.

I have already emailed MSNBC and Keith
Olberman and requested 10 minutes of national air time, in the spirit of
the Fairness Doctrine, to rebut Mr. Olberman. Somehow I don’t think I
will get a courtesy response let alone 5 of the requested 10 minutes.
But what do expect from the high and
mighty left.
